A pain:
Clarity and purpose in communication.

Challenge:
To be a brand that reaches for fiber telling, personalized stories, and strategic clarity to achieve consistency in communication.

What did we do?
In the inspiration phase, we conducted a trend report, consumer and non-consumer triads where they were asked about brand awareness, relevance, and brand legacy.

Likewise, an emotional immersion was done to define how to resonate with love and find opportunities to close gaps between hate and its expectations.

What did they transform?
The brand imagery was created, and a brand strategy, a positioning map, and a look and feel were proposed.

Attributes, benefits, and values were redefined.

We built a purpose that took into account three pillars: impact for the world, inspiration for employees, and a business that “does good.”

WE FOUND A PURPOSE:
Kindness Fabric.

The result was:
Consolidation of the business model, strategies, and tactics to implement to ensure its branding process. We achieved integral, coexistent, and congruent brand development.
