Vozy is a voice platform that helps companies automate customer interactions through conversational AI and voice assistants in their existing channels. It belongs to the Tech Service sector.

Challenge:
Clearly communicate the world of our voice technology services.

How did we do it?

Tuning: Process of understanding the client’s needs and defining our challenge: its scope, hypothesis, and alignment of the team to define a clear north.

Inspiration: We researched through co-creation with users where we sought to answer what is the relationship that people have with artificial intelligence and how they imagine the world of technological voice in images. To define a clear strategy we had to align the vision and purpose of the company in order to focus on a single axis of brand positioning that would connect the audience and the values within the company, with a look that would be evolved and focused on its discourse and attractive to users.

Experimentation: We co-created a narrative that communicated the level of technology behind the conversational solutions, with an appropriate tone, allowing us to develop a human experience with customers and end users. After the research, analysis, and generation of opportunities, we started the strategic creation stage, through design sprints that allowed us to obtain results in a short time.

Pilot: In this step, we validated with users the new strategy and look of the brand in order to hear their point of view and validate the clarity of the new brand positioning.

Implementation: Once the new image was evaluated, we implemented it in a brand manual with all its physical, printed, and digital applications.
